Raid Ninja Skills
Shatterbolt: Ninja attacks 1 enemy with a 45% chance of placing a 60% Decrease DEF debuff for 2 turns. This also fills your turn meter by 15% when against bosses.
Hailburn: Ninja attacks 3 times at random. Each hit has a 75% chance of placing an HP Burn debuff for 3 turns. This ability also places a Perfect Veil buff on yourself for 2 turns.
Against bosses, this skill will instantly activate all the HP Burn debuffs, including the one from this ability.
Cyan Slash: Ninja attacks all enemies with a 75% chance of placing the Freeze debuff for a single turn.
Against bosses, this ability will only target the boss and will ignore 50% of the target’s DEF. It also decreases the cooldown of your A2 by 1 turn.
Escalation (Passive): This ability increases Ninja’s ATK by 10% and C.DMG by 5% each time you hit an enemy with all three of your skills. This can occur multiple times and your ATK can go up to 100% and your C.DMG can go up to 25%.
Against bosses, this increases your ATK by 20% (up to 100%) and C.DMG by 10% (up to 25%.)

For this PVE build, we will be going with the offense and the support tree and build towards Warmaster and Master Hexer.
Recommended Blessings for Ninja
Brimstone: Ninja is already a great debuffer and including Brimstone in his arsenal will turn out to be a great choice. This lets you place the Smite debuff on the enemy for 2 turns whenever you attack them.
Whenever a target under the Smite debuff uses an active skill, it deals 25% of the enemy’s maximum HP as damage. Also, it deals damage to the rest of the enemies (5% of their maximum HP.)
Recommended Stats and Sets for Ninja
Focus on these stats: RES, ACC, and SPD.
Recommended artifact sets: regeneration and immortal.
