Details On EA Sports FC 25 Leaked

EA Sports FC 24 has been going strong for the last year, with plentiful updates and an incredibly immersive motion system mimicking real-life player movements and skills. So it’s no surprise that ardent FC players are looking forward to the next installment, FC 25.

EA Sports releases a new installment to their game every year and this year’s no different. It’s going to be the second title ever since the shift from the ‘FIFA’ branding and while we expect most of the game to be fairly similar to FC 24, there are a few new additions that leaked so far.

So today, we’re checking out the latest round of leaks about FC 25. We’ve got a leaked release date for FC 25, as well as some details about new mechanics and updated FC 24 game modes to round out the game.

And if you’re still looking to master FC 24 before diving into the next installation, U7BUY has EAFC boosting & coaching services to bring your game to the next level. That said, let’s get right into the leaks on FC 25!

FC 25 Release Date Leaked

And now comes the biggest leak and detail players want to know: when is FC 25 releasing? According to reputable leakers in the industry billbil-kun at Dealabs, FC 25 is slated to release on 27th September 2024.

Considering Dealabs have previously leaked previous titles correctly, it’s a fair assumption that the game will be released on 27th September. Also, historically, FIFA 23 was released on September 30th, 2022 and FC 24 was released on September 29th, 2023.

So it’s safe to say even if the game is a few days late, late September is when we can expect the new FC 25 to hit the market.

What’s New In FC 25? Rumors & Leaks

Besides the release date, we’ve also got word on some potential new game mechanics, modes, and features that’ll be released with FC 25 that we haven’t seen before. Now keep in mind since what we’re mentioning here are ‘leaks’, as reputable as the source may be, these are subject to change once the game officially releases.

For now, though, a healthy bit of speculation is just what we need to get back into the FC 24 with a fury in anticipation of the new release. That said if you are looking to pull some more packs and get them at a discount, check out U7BUY to find affordable FIFA coins Xbox, PS, and PC!

Also, before we get into it, most of the leaks we’re featuring here are from @FGZNews on X (formerly Twitter) and are apparently based on info from playtesters of FC 25.

A New ‘Street’ Game Mode – Penta

Ya’ll remember Volta, the ‘street’ style game mode reminiscent of FIFA Street titles from yesteryear? Well it seems like for FC 25, the gameplay is making a storied return back to the franchise with a new ‘Penta’ game mode.

Penta will apparently feature a 5v5 match inspired by the previous Volta mode so we can expect a fresh injection of much-needed ‘street’ play that’s been missing from the last few versions of FC titles.

We don’t have too many other details about the Petna game mode but we’re psyched to see what EA Sports have cooked up for it.

A New ‘Corner’ System

With FC 25, we’re also expecting a more fluid and dynamic ‘corner’ system to bring the important set-piece to life. With the new corner system, we’re expecting new ‘features’ and ‘animations’ when taking corners.

This includes some new techniques to give a bit more depth to taking corners. Plus, we might also see a more ‘customizable’ corner set piece where we can allocate specific players to spots during the corner, like the front post, back post, edge of the box, and penalty box.

With this, we can expect corners to take on a whole new level of importance that can be utterly game-changing in intense matches. Corners have been the one ‘system’ that’s been stagnant for as long as we can remember, so we’re excited to see how it goes.

A Few More Changes & Additions

The two features we’ve mentioned above are the most prominent new features being added to FC 25 but there are plenty more leaks that we’ve heard of so far so here’s a quick overview:

  • Pre-set Tactics according to the team’s manager playstyle in real life.
  • Additional animations for corridors and tunnels pre-match entrances.
  • Specific player instructions in the game change.
  • Manual through balls.
  • Some full-backs will be able to switch to ‘false backs’ and even midfielders.
  • A brand new squad menu.

Again, we’d like to reiterate that these leaks are just speculation so take what we’ve mentioned here with a grain of salt. We’d love to see all these changes and more coming to FC 25 but for now, only time will tell as we wait for an official announcement from EA Sports themselves.
