Fortnite streamed the D3 event live inside of their game for all their players to see, including what Disney had in store for their Fortnite fans.

Participants even earned a Wolverine-themed back accessory that was exclusive only to this Fortnite event. Marvel Absolute Doom
During the Fortnite D23 event, Fortnite’s next season was revealed to the public to be all about Marvel’s Doctor Doom! The whole season will be named ‘Marvel Absolute Doom’ which involves a ton of new Marvel heroes and villains to unlock and play as. This season will also come with a new battle pass that will come with more Fortnite skins that are all Marvel-themed.
The trailer for the Absolute Doom season hints at being able to either fight against Doctor Doom and his squad of supervillains or be able to join them instead. It’s unknown just how this will play out, but there is definitely a theme of villains that is becoming more apparent as the details of the Fortnite update overall are revealed.
Every Fortnite skins that can be unlocked in the Battle Pass has already been announced as well. These Fortnite skins include:

The season will be considered Chapter 5, Season 4 for Fortnite which is incredibly exciting news. The battle pass is also hinted to have a Doctor Doom Fortnite skin which will most likely be unlockable for players that have finished the majority if not all of the new Fortnite season’s battle pass as a reward. We’ll just have to wait and see!
What About ‘The Fantastic Four?’
With the new Doctor Doom skin and themed season, many players suspected and rumored that the Fantastic Four would be appearing in Fortnite. This was due to Disney announcing in a blog post that the Fantastic Four would be coming to Fortnite which made a ton of players pumped to see them. Unfortunately, though, this simply isn’t the case.
Epic Games released a post to correct Disney which stated that despite Doctor Doom’s appearance, the Fantastic Four members or other Fortnite characters will not be arriving to Fortnite at least not yet. While it is a shame that the Fantastic Four isn’t in Fortnite yet, maybe soon enough they will be added in future seasons to come.
Disney/Pixar Skins
Since Marvel is part of Disney, Disney has decided to involve a bunch of new skins that are Disney and Pixar-related in the new Marvel season. These skins will be purchasable through the V-Bucks market and maybe even in the new battle pass. These Fortnite skins include primarily Disney villains which are a new addition to what character skins are already in the game! However, these Fortnite skins will be coming during the Fall, so keep an eye out.
From the looks of it, the Disney Fortnite skins that are coming to Fortnite are all villain related. We have the villains from 101 Dalmatians, Peter Pan, and even Sleeping Beauty with Maleficent! This is most likely to match with the theme of villains with the Doctor Doom revolved season that is coming, so there is lots to be excited about!
For the Pixar Fortnite skins, this includes characters from the Incredibles movies which fit perfectly with the Marvel superhero’s theme but for Pixar instead!
