Juno is the newest Overwatch 2 Hero to be released onto Overwatch 2 on August 20th this year, so she will be coming out very soon! Until then, let us go over all of the available information and abilities that make Juno special.

Juno’s Role – Support

U7BUY also has plenty of Overwatch 2 accounts for sale to check out at any time! First things first are understanding Juno’s role. Overwatch 2 Juno is a new Support Hero who makes her abilities and overall goal in a match to support her teammates the best that she can whether through simple healing or other status effects and crowd control. The perk to this role is that she will regenerate health slightly faster compared to other Overwatch 2 Hero roles.

Juno’s Passive – Martian Overboots

Juno’s passive ability is the space boots that she always wears. These boots allow her to have more mobility while in the air whether by double jumping while airborne or by hovering. The most likely way to use this power is by jumping from a higher platform to hover across the Overwatch 2 map to other high areas quickly. The double jump can also be used for this same purpose. She will also fall slower after jumping as though she is in space which can help when aiming while airborne.

Juno’s Weapon – The Mediblaster

Now we get to Juno’s main weapon, the Mediblaster. This gun can both heal Juno’s teammates and also shoot to cause damage to enemy players. It can only be assumed for now whether the player can have Overwatch 2 Juno switch manually between having the Mediblaster in combat or healing mode, or just automatically switch depending on where the gun is aimed because of the emoticons present that showcase who is your teammate and who isn’t.

Juno’s Abilities

Juno’s set of abilities is where her power really sets in. These powers will set Juno Overwatch 2 apart from others as they help with her mobility, movement speed, and Area of Effect (AOE) to help heal and support her teammates at a much more efficient rate when used well.

Pulsar Torpedos

Overwatch 2 Juno’s Pulsar Torpedos can lock onto a teammate or opponent to either heal or damage them quickly from afar. When healing a teammate with the Torpedo, the healing will continue over time, unlike the damage. This makes the ability great for quick heals bursts or attacks when farther away from either an enemy or teammate.

How the lock for the Overwatch 2 Pulsar Torpedos works is that activating the power will cause it to enter the lock on stage. This will make it to where you will need to try and acquire as many targets, teammate or not, as you can. It will automatically lock on until the period ends and you will need to activate the power again to launch out all of the Torpedos to the selected targets.

Glide Boost

Overwatch 2 Juno’s Glide Boost essentially works as a small dash but in the air instead. She will have her movement speed increased while moving in a certain direction all while in the air which can be great for when needing to get to an area or a teammate quickly. She can also double jump with her Martian Overboots while using this power too.

Hyper Ring

The Overwatch 2 Hyper Ring gives what is essentially Juno’s Glide Boost to her teammates if any of them decides to run through the set ring. All teammates that run through the ring will gain a boost of movement speed which makes it great to set when traveling to another area of the map or to help a teammate quickly hide in battle or charge.

Juno’s Ultimate – The Orbital Ray

An Ultimate for a Overwatch 2 Hero is their most powerful move which is charged up over time depending on how many hits or kills you get on your opponents. While most Overwatch 2 Hero’s Ultimates on the Damage or Tank classes focus on doing the maximum amount of damage possible, most Support Overwatch 2 Heroes’ Ultimates are a bit more unique.

Juno’s Ultimate is the Orbital Ray which is a beam that is launched down in the area that will heal all teammates within it by about 1,000 HP. This will heal most Overwatch 2 Heroes to full health and that’s not all. The ray will also increase your teammates’ damage by 35% for 10 seconds along with the ray itself!
