Skills
If you want to find out what the Dark and Darker best class is, find out on U7BUY’s other blogs! When it comes to the Dark and Darker Druid’s main skills, there are only two so far. These are the Shapeshift Memory and Spell Memory skills. Unlike other classes where you can pick from multiple different skills up to a limit, you will always have these two skills as a Dark and Darker Druid until further updates add more.
Spell Memory
Spell Memory just means that you have a good recollection of spells. This skill makes it so that you can memorize up to 5 different spells to use on your travels which can switched up at any time. This makes the Dark and Darker Druids more reliant on magic for combat which is great for players that enjoy that playstyle.
Shapeshift Memory
Shapeshift Memory is a skill that allows Dark and Darker Druids to turn into different types of animals or beasts. As of right now, the only creatures you can turn into are:
- Panther
- Bear
- Human
- Chicken
- Rat
Being able to turn into a different creature will allow you to be able to blend into different environments with other players in them, sneak around enemies, and also have unique ways of going about your environment and attacking.
Gameplay
Now with the basics of the main skills out of the way, we can go into how to play them to their fullest potential.
Shapeshifting
When you first start playing as the Dark and Darker Druid, you are likely to be more curious about the Shapeshifting skill. While it can be tempting to just play as the powerful bear in every battle that you decide to be in, the best Druids Dark and Darker know which animal to pick in certain scenarios only. This way you can make the most out of your Shapeshifting.
For example, shapeshifting as the bear is definitely beneficial when battling headfirst, but they also attack pretty slow too. The Panther is great whenever you are trying to fight quickly or escape from the battle entirely. Then there are the other animals like the rat which make for the perfect animals to shift into when sneaking past other players or scouting them out for the right opportunity.
Spell Memory/Magic
Now for the magic. When first playing as a Dark and Darker Druid, you are basically playing as a different type of Wizard that specializes in Nature Magic. A lot of the spells that you have access to will more commonly align with being more of a support Dark and Darker character. Most spells will require being able to heal yourself, others, and shield too.
However, there are also spells that can be great for attacking players and have good crowd control. This is what makes the Druid Dark and Darker class less of a support and rather more adaptable to however you want to play and what the situation calls for. You can even summon Treants to help in battle and can also trap enemies with Nature Spells like Entangle.
Shapeshifting Animals
With the ability to transform into five animals right now, this gives the Dark and Darker Druid lots of variety when it comes to how they play. But once again, it is important to note when to use each beast to make the most out of your Shapeshifting skill.
The Bear
Playing as the Bear is like playing as a Dark and Darker tank. The Bear will increase your maximum HP by about 50% and does a great amount of physical damage. The Bear also can take a lot of damage too thanks to their larger physique, health, and overall defense. However, due to how big bears are, you will not be able to fit in most closed spaces including through single doors.
When activating the Bear, you are most likely getting ready for a big fight on the frontlines. The Bear is great at starting off aggressively in battle against enemies or other players and even being able to push them back. However, the Bear can move a bit slower due to its size so just be careful when timing your attacks.
The Chicken
The Chicken works as a faster version of the Rat. Thanks to the smaller size and speed, being this animal can let you sneak around players and escape from them faster. However, it isn’t the stealthiest choice due to its constant clucking sounds. It is still a very funny pick though to make your friends laugh!
The Panther
The Panther is great at being able to attack and move quickly. While it doesn’t have the same amount of damage as the Dark and Darker Bear, the amount of attacks you could hit an enemy or player with can make up for this. You can also jump over walls and other high platforms thanks to being a big cat with lots of agility and flexibility.
The Rat
The Rat has the least amount of maximum health at just 5%. Despite that risk, there are so many possibilities with this little animal. Due to being so small, you are able to fit into the tiniest crevices including underneath doors. This makes the Dark and Darker Rat the best option for stealth such as for avoiding battles entirely.
Human
Your Human form is your regular form as a Dark and Darker Druid that will allow you to cast your usual Nature Spells and attacks. Whenever you turn into a beast, be sure to remember to switch back to a Human eventually.
