Something crucial to understand when it comes to playing the Assassin ML Heroes is that they tend to have a much lower HP and defense. However, they make up for this with their incredibly high burst damage and mobility. They can hit super hard and fast, but the same can be done against them almost just as easily. Ling is an ML Assassin who has more complex stats that require building upon his power through certain moves. His passive ability called Cloud Walker makes him able to stack up on Lightness Points each time Ling is on top of a wall. Jumping on walls not only gives Mobile Legends Ling a good point of view and protection, but the increase in Lightness Points will add to his critical damage and chances.
Thanks to his ability to climb walls, Ling is extremely mobile as doing so will increase his movement speed. His skill Defiant Sword can play off this quite well, as Ling will leap from a wall to attack an enemy with incredible damage output. When striking, Ling will also cause slowness to other nearby enemies in his range with the critical damage slowing them even more.
Mobile Legends Joy is another complex Assassin as her passive ability only takes effect if her skills cause damage to an enemy and not her basic attacks. She also outputs Magic damage, unlike a lot of her other ML Assassin counterparts. When Joy’s passive ability is activated, she will enter a sort of rage mode that will cause her to have her movement speed and attack output dramatically increased. The MLBB skills that Joy can use to activate her passive ability are her Leonin Crystals and Rhythm of Joy. The crystal will attack enemies in its surrounding area when always placed.
