Delivery Options

You have the following options for receiving your order:

Collect from Server:
You can choose to collect your order from our server. Our trading station is conveniently located at RED OBI, ensuring efficiency and time-saving for both parties. This allows you to obtain your ordered items more quickly.

Delivery Service:
Opt for our delivery service, and we will bring your order to your specified location. Simply prepare a sufficiently large box or vault and provide us with accurate server information, tribe name, character name, and PIN. Once ready, we'll promptly deliver the goods to you. Please note that due to the inability to use cryopods, delivery may take a little longer.

Delivery to Official PVE Servers:
We offer delivery to all ARK ASA official PVE servers, including PC, PS, and XBOX. However, please ensure that each order uses a unique PIN code to avoid any potential complications.
